Our Story

Paul has over 30 years experience in Business. Working for large international organisations as well as owning and operating his own in everything from Manufacturing to Retail & Hospitality.

Seeing the impact on businesses through the Pandemic and the subsequent energy crisis Paul set about helping SME’s navigate through these difficult times.

In 2022 he worked with Derby City Council to help revitalise the High Street organising a host of events bringing tens of thousands of people to the area and bringing much needed business to the retail and hospitality sector. Paul is Chair of the Love Sadler Gate CIC and continues to bring success to the High Street.

When you arrive at the end of your first year with us it is a special time. We invite you to spend the day with us for a major strategy meeting to look back and then look forward to our next successful journey together.

The Five Step Plan

  1. We will work with you to understand you business plan and aims, and give our advice and recommendations
  2. Together we will agree a journey to deliver your plan over 3 years
  3. We will meet online every week to discuss progress and adjust objectives if necessary
  4. At the end of every quarter through our positive progress reviews we will ensure we remain on our correct course in our journey.
  5. We did it! At the end of the first year we will work together on our major review and start the process again with our new objectives.
